Lynn offers individual therapy in-person and via telehealth services with sessions running 50-55 minute. A primarily client-centered approach means that the client will usually take the lead in presenting needs to be addressed while a supportive space is provided for the context of  therapeutic relationship and interventions to take place.  Art therapy is offered depending on client comfort level and can encompass a variety of creative modalities, such as visuals arts, writing and elements of music.  The use of art therapy in addition to talking provides opportunity for exploration of thoughts and emotions in a creative and tangible way, often bringing relief of emotional discomfort, increasing awareness, expression and acceptance of authentic self. Studies have also shown the benefit of creative arts therapy in promoting harmony in brain function and overall wellness. Talk therapy is always a part of sessions and can be the sole approach.

A Christian faith-based perspective is offered according to the client's interest.  People of all backgrounds and belief systems are welcomed and respected.
